AI-generated outputs (summaries, classifications, notes) are produced automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for business decisions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRAPHITE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.


GRAPHITE'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO GRAPHITE FOR THE SERVICES IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
